The Thursday before half term saw the return of our annual Career Fair and it is fair to say school was bursting! We had so many organisations attend to help inspire our students it was amazing.  We had approaching 100 visitors from Further and Higher Education, Apprenticeship and training providers, and employers, all eager to share their inspiration and advice.

If our students can’t see it or know about it, they can’t be it – it is essential that they get impartial access to the full spectrum of opportunities available to them at Post 16, Post 18 and beyond. The event also supports parents and carers with those conversations at home, as there is so much choice it can be daunting to make decisions.

We had so many families attend and it was brilliant to have so many positive conversations with young people about their futures, especially in the current climate when even the Prime Minister acknowledges the challenges our young people face.

The sense of optimism was palpable and we saw the very best of KEVI at the event; our students continually make us proud and we are excited to support and champion their ambitions.
