In the Summer Term 2015, we asked our staff to respond to surveys for each associate staff department so that we could assess how well each department meets the needs of the Learning Trust.
In addition, staff were asked to provide suggestions on how the departments could develop their services. The results of these surveys and the resulting actions are shown on the attached pages.
The surveys will be repeated annually.
